I keep getting Exit Code 15 - already went through solution 1 and 2 of the support sites

I am on MAC OS 10.8.4, MBP 2012 17", 16 GB RAM

I try to install remaining Apps of CC:
Premiere Pro

Dreamweaver

Edge Animate

Exchange Panel

Extend Script

Extension Manager

Flash Builder

Prelude

SpeedGrade
Touch App

I get Exit Code 15 everywhere with "0 fatal Errors and 0 Errors" except Premiere where it is "0 fatal Errors and 1 Error".

Tried Solution 1 with fixing accessrights on HDD and reinstalling - still same issue.
Tried Solution 2 with plist editing - get an Error in terminal while cleaning entries "No such file or directory"

So how should I fix this? Reinstalling OS is not an option.

Hi digitalsalat,

Had the same problem for a client, who had purchased CS6 Work @ home DVD for use on OSx.8.5

I also tried everything i could find. A work mate suggested the following solution, which appears to have allowed the installation:

remove /Library/Application Supports/Adobe

Cheers,

Smokey

Digitalsalat are you receiving Exit Code 15 when you are opening the installed applications?  Also what solutions exactly are you referring too?

Hi Jeff,

I get Exit Code 15 on trying to install the apps via the Creative Cloud tool. Managed to get hands on the dreamweaver install package while it was mounted from "temp" and startet that installation manually also. But I still got Exit Code 15 on this try, too.

Ok and did you implement the solutions available in Exit code 15 installing | Mac OS X | CCM, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/exit-code-15-installing-ccm.html?  If so then I would recommend you try installing in your Root user account.  This will help verify it is a file permission issue.  You can find details on how to log in as Root at Enabling and using the "root" user in Mac OS X - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528.

Hi Jeff,

yes I've tried the solutions, they didn't work for me. Installing as root also did not change anything. Still getting Exit Code 15 at 50% progress of installation.

Then Digitalsalate I would recommend contacting our support team.  Please refer the support representative to the internal version of the Exit code 15 installing | Mac OS X | CCM, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/exit-code-15-installing-ccm.html.  You can contact our chat support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.

I would also recommend referencing this discussion so the support representative can also review the steps you have implemented so far to resolve your difficulties.
