I am sure I registered my software. I had Premire and Photoshop. I installed them on my previous computer. I then uninstalled them because I had computer problems. I then bought a new laptop and went to look for my original install cd and am unable to find them. Since I am sure I registered the original purchae, can anyone at Adobe help me locate my registration and help me install the two programs on my new laptop? Thank you.

Check your Adobe account online

If you registered online or purchased a product download, you can find your serial number in your Adobe account.

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (your email address) and password.
  2. Click My Adobe, and then click My Products.

Note: If you don't see your serial number, contact Customer Service. For example, older registrations for Macromedia-branded products don't appear in Adobe accounts.

Do you remember the email ID with which you registered. In that case, you can retrieve your password from the Adobe site and log in. For more info, see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/167/tn_16721.html

If you are still unable to resolve your problem, contact customer support (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/)
