Hello guys,
I have a current Creative Cloud subscription, but I'm not getting the new 22.4 updates for all apps (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Media encoder and Illustrator).
It's been the third month that this has happened, but this time it seems to be taking even longer, because it's been 10 days since the update was released and nothing appeared for me.
Does anyone know what could be happening? I've already uninstalled the programs, and even formatted the system but it keeps showing up only 22.3 this time.

Some points that I can think of

  • Either your computer does not support the minimum system requirements for that version
  • The updates are rolled in a phased manner sometimes, maybe that is causing the delay.
  • Is your Creative Cloud Desktop App updated? If no do try updating it.

my hardware is compatible, I have a Core i9 10th generation, 64gb ram, windows 11, I don't see any reason for that.
The annoying thing is that even the illegal versions already have the update available, and I who am paying for support don't have it, this is very wrong and discourages me to continue in the service

@Manan Joshi's 2nd point (update rollouts are phased) is almost certainly the reason you have not seen the update, but will see the update, if you're patient.

is there some feature in 22.4 that's not in 22.3 which is causing a problem for you?  if so, there is a way to work around the issue, but it's not worthwhile (imo).  but then i think reformating your hard drive and reinstalling all your software is even less worthwhile.
