I need help with information about the adobe plans..?!

Are you looking at the Creative Cloud All App plan, the Photographer plan, a single app plan (which app?) or something else?

It all depends on what you need.  The best discounts are for 1 year prepaid plans, followed by 1 year paid monthly.  And if you need a particular software for a quick project, a month-to-month plan is available for slightly more per month but you can cancel anytime without early termination fees.

Yes, there are year plans.  One where you pay the full amount for the year in one payment, and another where you pay each month.  Both plans require you to maintain the plan for the full year, otherwise, if you cancel early, you pay a penalty of one half the remaining cost for the year.
