I paid for a visa Illustrator software but it will not let me download the software and down my payment each month what I'm doing with this problem I mean I paid for the software though until now it is not paid, they require payment site Thank you all meet me

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, Adobe ID

then, if you confirm both, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
