I purchased adobe premiere pro but am still asked to pay monthly.

I have no access to premeire pro yet the are withdrawing money from my bank account. The help center is terrible. How do I contact a representative of adobe???

 

The "start now" chat link just takes me back to the help center page. It's all a circle, there's no email. no phone number?? What's going onnnn?!

Please confirm you have an active subscription and your account data is correct.

1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below.

2. If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.

if you want help here, do you want access to premiere pro and if so, what problem do you have using the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud to install it?
