I purchased the 49.99/mo plan and only got a trail of PS

Question

I got a subscription for 49.99/mo that says it includes Photoshop cc and all I got was Pro and a trial of Photoshop. Explain to me why I gave you guys 50 dollars for just one app and a trail of Photoshop. Does this mean I paid for a free trial and have to pay again to get the app?

Hi there,

Your plans include Lightroom CC , Photoshop CC and Adobe Premiere Pro CC. The order has been completed and provisioned to your Adobe ID.

If you have used trial before, I recommend to sign out of creative cloud desktop app and then sign back in to resolve the issue.
