I subscribed to a 3 year student plan contract and I thought it would be cancelled upon graduation

Hi, 

I subscribed to a 3 year student plan contract from August, 2019 onwards and am aware of the constant increase in subscription charges. I assumed my plan would be terminated upon the end of the 3 years (August 2022) but I am still getting charged for the plan. And when I try to cancel it, they ask me to pay the very expensive cancellation charges. The contract is for 3 years, I do not understand. 

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ASAP.
