I've been billed but didn't order this product

I've been billed for this product 119.21 and never ordered it or asked for a trial. I need someone to call me or get in touch urgently.

I can't find any record of a payment being authorised or an alert that a payment was about to be made.

I'm deeply unamused especially at this difficult time - of course its impossible seemingly to get in touch with anyone but a virtual robot.

Please email me on how you are going to refund this amount with immediate effect.

If your account shows nothing was ordered, your card may have been compromised.

Adobe does not use email, and will not call you

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

If you or a family member honestly did not order anything from Adobe, maybe your payment card has been compromised.  In that case, Adobe is a vicitm too.  Contact your bank. 

 

Your bank will have you sign some legal papers to launch a fraud investigation with law enforcement.  Likewise they should cancel that account and create a new one.
