I've been charged more then usual (creative cloud student/teacher) membership.

Today I paid my usual monthly payment of 16.24GBP for my student and teacher creative cloud membership, but when i took a look at my bank statement, I found a separate charge of 1GBP was taken from Adobe too. It's not a massive deal with it only being a small amount of money, but I would like to know what it was for.

So if anyone has any idea that would be great, please let me know. I attached a screenshot.

Why do I have a $1 charge from Adobe on my statement?

These transactions help Adobe confirm that the credit card used is valid and not reported as lost or stolen. The transaction isn't charged to your account, and once your credit card company verifies the card, Adobe removes the charge.
