I have a question:

I've bought the Creative Cloud Student & Teacher Edition. but when i install the apps the are still the trail version..
Is there something I didn't do?

Hi John,

Please check the host files . Follow the steps to locate host files .

Open finder> on the top apple ribbon click on GO> GO to folder > in the search bar type /etc and press go
Open hosts file with text edit .

Let me know if you see adobe entries like activation.adobe or adobe .com 128.0.0.0 .. etc.

The solution was to sign out and in again!

I was wrong.

Sign out and back in was NOT the solution unfortanatly
