I have lost more money because of the mess adobe has created than I pay for the software.

I think adobe should refund all of us.

For example, I just wasted 10 minutes because I forgot to include the workaround for the menu items in photoshop not working when exporting from lightroom.  Couldn't stop the export. Had to wait for all of the files to process and open, close them all restart photoshop and try again.

Its not like I'm doing something arcane and unusual. I'm exporting from LR to PS with an action.

So sorry for your 10 minutes of minor inconvenience but that's not worth a free month of service.   When my power goes out (as it often does), I don't get  my monthly power bill waived, do you?
