I want to obtain my serial number for Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium. I have the product code but have lost other documentation.

A few months ago i was in the same position, having to re-install Creative Suite on a new laptop. For some reason it was very easy, but I can't remember how it was done. I don't want to have to contact my institution for proof of status again, and wait several days to get a response. I am on a deadline for something before then. Any advice gratefully received.

then record your serial number.

if you registered with adobe, log into your account, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

if it's currently installed on a pc you can use belarc advisor to retrieve it.

Thanks for the responses.

I managed to get my serial number by going into my Adobe ID account and found the recorded details of an earlier chat with Adobe support, which had the serial number in it.
