Illustrator CC 2014 trial download

I downloaded the trial version of Illustrator CC 2014 for evaluation, but I could not open the program. Before the initialization, it shut down and said it had a problem that had to be shut. I tried 5 times and the same thing happened. So I unistalled to try again. But now I am not able to do the download again. How should I proceed?

    Hi le_roveri,

    I would recommend to run a cleaner tool before you try to install it again.
