Illustrator CC 2018 opens then immediately closes

I need help being able to launch Illustrator CC 2018. Whenever i launch the application, it runs smoothly until it opens up the gray window and it decides to close itself. There are no popups stating a problem, it just closes itself. I have never been able to use the applications due to this problem. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi Reigh,

Thanks for trying that. Have you tried removing folders manually? If not, please try these steps:

Close all Adobe applications.
Go to Locations C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and.
Delete or rename Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 22 Settings folders.
Launch Illustrator from the Creative Cloud

If it still does not work, please contact our support team for reinstallation.

Which system is it?

Was it only this version that did never run?

I am using Windows 10 and this is the only version on my computer that I have used which does not work.
