Illustrator could not be installed (code:132) and After Effects crashes overtime I open it

The problem happened somewhere around mid December, which I found that my Illustrator will cause BSOD (Kernel Security Check Failure) while I open it.

I followed the instruction to delete "sniffer.exe" and it looks fine.

However, after a month now, I found that my After Effects is facing the same issue.

To make the problem clear, I use the clean up tool Adobe provided to delete all the files and reinstall CC, and then my Photoshop began to cause BSOD.

Again, I have to delete sniffer.exe to solve the problem, and After Effects still cause BSOD.

What comes worth right now is that I cannot even install illustrator, it showed code 132 which tells me that Unable to install the product in the root directory, I tried to change a directory, but it still happens.

I am really upset now, I had search the forum and found lots of people are having the same issue within the three months.

How could Adobe cannot solve the issue?

I have something that need to be turned in the day after tomorrow, and I could not even open CC right now.

And I could not even download the file from the direct link some people provided.

Please Adobe, please set this issue to the first priority and solve it ASAP.

Or I will not be able to get my work done.

My environment

Alienware 17 R2

CPU: i7-4710HQ

GPU: GTX970m (driver version 361.43)

OS: Windows 10 Home
