Hallo ich brauche Hilfe,

ich möchte mein altes AI CS5 auf meinen neuen PC übertragen. Habe aber den Lizenzschlüssel nicht mehr und auch keinen Zugriff mehr auf meinen alten Account. Was kann ich tun?

If your copy of Illustrator CS5 was registered to a user account in your name Adobe's customer support might be able to help you.

Is the copy of Illustrator CS5 on the old computer still operational? If so, you can see the serial number under the Help menu in the "About" menu item.

The serial number is not the problem. I have found it. I need the license number to activate the programm. Do I?

adobe support will not support older adobe apps no matter how trivial the request.

Ohne Zugriff auf den alten Adobe-Account wird das eher nicht gelingen.

Wenn die CS5 aber unter Deiner aktuell verwendeten Adobe ID registriert war, dann ist sie auch noch in Deinen Kontodaten enthalten, dazu musst Du Dich in Deinem Account einloggen creative.adobe.com und dann unter Abos & Zahlungsoptionen auf Produkte gehen. Und da sind auch noch CS5-Seriennummern, wenn sie denn registiert waren.

Leider habe ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf den alten Account. Die Seriennummer habe ich im Programm gefunden. Benötige ich nicht den Lizenzschlüssel?

Ich hab hier gerade nur eine CS3-Packung gefunden. Darauf war eine Nummer - die Seriennummer - und die habe ich sicher damals bei der Installation verwendet.

your serial number is the only number/license you need to activate cs5. it consists of 6 groups of 4 numbers. ie, it's 24 digits with no letters etc.

you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:

1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6), you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com

 2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,
