Illustrator cs5 no funciona

He instalado la suite cs5 en xp, vista y windows 7 y cuando ejecuto el illustrator me aparece un error y no me permite continuar.

El texto del error es el siguiente:

"No se han podido cargar los archivos de recursos localizados para esta aplicación. Vuelva a instalar o repare la aplicación y vuelva a intentarlo"

¿qué puedo hacer para solucionarlo?

You are choosing a language that does not exist/ your system locale is set to something that AI does not recognize. Impossible to tell because you never actualyl told us what language you intend to use. Set your systems to a generic region that uses spanish like Mexico or Spain...
