Hello, I have the "Education" license (Student and Teacher) for Creative Cloud. I wish to install the desktop verison of the Illustrator App, but this option is not even shown when I log in to the Creative Cloud desktop. Instead, I see "Illustrator (Beta)" with an option to open in a browser. I am not sure why this is, can someone help? Thanks.
The same is true for other apps - Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.
Are desktop versions not available with "Education" licenses?

Its not clear why admin should be involved. I have a personal yearly subscription with Adobe. Its just that I went for the "Student and Teacher" option because I teach at a college. Thanks.

I think there was confusion in your first post with what version you had. Educational licenses are a volume license where an admin controls access to apps whereas the student and teacher version is more like the commercial creative cloud licenses. Based on this issue, I would recommend looking at this KB article for potential causes and fixesfor apps not being available for download and see if this helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/all-apps-displayed-aam.html
