ILLUSTRATOR OFFLINE ACTIVATION

Hello to All from the North Atlantic Ocean,

I have a single app subscription to Adobe Illustrator Creative cloud that I cannot use out here because my laptop cannot connect to the internet without

a transatlantic Ethernet cable. However I can get into the forum using SAT COM and I have tried to talk to adobe chat but their 24/7 chat service is OFFLINE

When I try to launch illustrator I get 00 days left on your trial and when I try to go the "license this software" it asks for a serial number and the Adobe order

number doesn't work in the frame for the serial number

I am current with paying my subscription and would simply like some help using the product I have paid for. Does anyone have any suggestions about how

I can get Illustrator working out here? I need it for my report that is due when we return to port.
