To download an Adobe product I have been asked to remove "ImageReady.exe" - I cannot find it on the computer. Any assistance would be welcome.

Use the Task Manager's Processes tab to terminate the process.

Terminate the process in task manager/ activity monitor. Otherwise you'll have to be a lot more precise. You haven't told us anything about your system or what product you are actualyl trying to install.

I wanted to install "photoshop CC"

I have an HP Touch Smart all-in one computer.

The operating system is Windows 10.1
