I've planned to update the applications Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Animate and Media Encoder, so I clicked on Update on three applications, and they are stuck at waiting... and I clicked Update both on Photoshop and Premiere, but it's not saying Waiting...

Is there a way I can fix this problem? Thanks!

Hi

I understand that your CC apps are not initiating to update.

please try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall

Also, flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser

Check hosts file for blocked entries https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1912777

Error: "Installer failed to initialize" | Windows

"Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app

Also, I would suggest you update the apps one at a time else it will take more
