Indesign 14.0 Update not available

I have multiple workstations with Creative Cloud CC installed. One of my computers is on indesign 14.0 and another one is on 13.01 and does not recognise there is a later version. My problem is i am being sent indesign files from version 14.0 which i cannot open. How can i update to the latest version?

I have tried restarting and uninstalling indesign and also force checking for updates. This one computer just keeps installing 13.1

Both running exactly the same version of Windows 10?

InDesign is not supported on Windows 10 versions 1507, 1511, and 1607.

That explains it... I'm on 1511. Would be nice if the CC app told you that's what was happening. I tried to update Photoshop about 6 months ago and after updating it, it then refused to start because I didn't have some Windows patch installed: the opposite problem I guess.
