Indesign CC install stuck at 97%

Indesign CC (v14.0.1) is stuck downloading at 97% on the creative cloud installer. How do I resolve this for a Mac running Mojave version 10.14.1?

Hi Maryd59954775,

As you have mentioned you are unable to install InDesign CC as it is stuck at 97%.

Please quit the installer and turn off any internet and security software installed on your computer and then retry installing the app.

If it still fails then please check the install log file to check for the errors and share the same with us: Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files.

You can also send the log files with us using the log collector tool: Log Collector Tool.
