InDesign giving error while installing on Windows

hello I have i7 pc but InDesign not working I buy a new one but whenever I start installing it gives error why?

1. Version of OS.
2. What is the error message and when exactly you get it? (A small video of the process or screenshots may help better, you may attach them with your post here.)
