Whenever i try to install Illustrator or Creative Cloud, it says to authenticate on Browser, when it opens my browser it automatically signs me in, then it tells me to close out of the browser and go back to the Installer. when I do the installer sends me back to the browser and repeats that process over and over again. Ive tried restarting the installation, switching browsers, and restarting my computer. I havent found any other people with this issue either.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Okay, now it says that Adobe Services aren't reachable. I did as it says and temprorarily disabled the firewall, and still nothing.

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
do you see both logos after clicking "link"?
if you can and still see a connection error try these steps, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html
if those all fail, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
or, if you’re trying to activate a perpetual license, you can try offline activation by disconnecting your computer from the internet, starting activation and using https://aoes-stage.licensingstack.com/aoes/aoes/v1/imsauthstatus

contact adobe support so they can check your firewall etc. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Oscar, make sure to follow the advice given to you by our support technician. I believe they localized the error to be specific to the User account and recommended you follow up with Microsoft so additional corrective action could be implemented. The information should be accessible by clicking on https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html you can also respond with any questions you may have or request a call back if the errors continue after consulting with Microsoft.
