No puedo instalar las actualizaciones de adobe premiere. Tengo la versión Adobe Premiere cc2019, debo desinstalar esta versión para poner la nueva? Gracias.

no, you do not need (but that is an option) to uninstall previous versions to install newer versions of any adobe programs including premiere pro.
you do however need to have a computer that meets specs in order to install, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
