Hello, I recently bought LightRoom but running windows 7 I can't run the last version of LightRoom so I has run LightRoom 5.7.1. But the application require a serial number. But in the order details the site offers me only download and not give me a serial number. Can you help me to find the serial nubmer for LightRoom 5.7.1 ?

Octanium I am sorry but I am not finding any registered copies of Lightroom under the e-mail address you are using to post to this public forum.
If you have purchased Lightroom then it is possible it may be registered under a different e-mail address. As Kglad indicated in message #3 you will want to be prepared with alternate e-mail addresses or phone numbers that may have been used to register the Lightroom 5. You will want to provide this information to our chat support team at Contact Customer Care

b. you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:
1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6):,
a. you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com
b. you can check with adobe support* (be prepared to give the email address used when registering purchasing)

Thank you kglad for your response.
I have installed LightRoom 6.14 but when I connected to my Adobe Account his requiere always a serial number. I have verified in my email and in my order and no serial number gived me. So I tryed to connect to licensing.adobe.com but he give me this errors :
You are not identified by Adobe as a user authorized to access this website. Please contact Adobe for assistance.
Please click on the Login button to change users.
But when I click on the login button nothing is happening so I have no access to my serial number.
I have also contacted Abode with the chat option as you advised me. I wait a response.
