I mistakenly uninstalled my older version of After Effects. I believe it was 11.1.4. I'd like to reinstall it and open some of my 2017 project files. This systems hardware is also old and I don't think it could quite run the newer versions.
However, when I look unster 'older versions' in the creative cloud app, I can't find the version I'm looking for. Can anyone help?
Direct Download Links https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl MAY help
-you MUST do what it says in Note: Very Important Instructions
-https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-direct-download-links.html#download-instructions
-the prodesign links go directly to Adobe's file server, so this process will
--only work until Adobe completely removes the old version(s) from the server
.
IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old version

Thank you so much! It's really a shame Adobe is removing their paying customer's access to older versions. 2017 wasn't actually even that long ago? It's not like the product is ancient history. If only this had happened to me sooner and I'd been able to grab that 2017 version but it doesn't seem to be hosted anymore. I was able to get the 2018 version though, and the installer work. Hopefully it's similiar enough to the versoin I had.

a 2017 version is available via jim's website, Adobe CC 2017 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2017 Release | ProDesignTools
but going through adobe support might enable you to get the last update to 2017 instead of the first release (which are generally available via prodesigntools).
