To avoid the problem of the installation freezing at "Adobe Help" I moved "Adobe help" to the recycle bin and tried again. I am trying to install only Dreamweaver from the suite. It gets to 20% then says "Please insert disk AdobeDesignWebPremium-EnglishJapan to continue." There is no disk. This is an electronic download from the Adobe website. Now, what???
Thank you for your answer. I do not have Cloud, just the electronic version of CS6. I was able to install by deleting all CS programs, and the CS6 downloads. Then, I downloaded the Adobe Creative Cleaner and used it. After, I downloaded the CS6 files, again. This time, the install was successful.

do you have a cc subscription and you're trying to install dw cs6?
if yes, you should be dl'g and installing via the cc app. if no, you probably have an incomplete download.
if you follow all 7 steps you can dl a trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html
and activate with your serial.
if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
