Install hangs on trying to connect to server

Community Beginner ,

I am running Windows 8.1, I just purchased the Photography package with Photoshop CC and downloaded the Creative Cloud installer. It hangs on trying to connect to server, I really need to get photoshop installed for a project I am working on.

Thanks,

Sam

try going to the adobe site on your browser while trying to install the program.  It is a certificate issue that doesn't allow you to get through to the server.  By opening the website and allowing the certificate through (IT SHOUL PROMPT)  it will allow you to connect to the server.  Or you can lower your security settings.
