Hi Gaurav,

 

Could you please try doing a clean installation of Adobe XD by uninstalling Adobe XD using the CC cleaner Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems , and then reinstall the software using your CC desktop app?

Let us know if this works out.

Hi Gaurav,

 

Thank you for using Adobe XD. This error is caused when the conflicting application (although doesn't appear opened) is not properly terminated the previous time but rather suspended by the task manager. Please follow the steps mentioned in this post and let us know if this helps resolve your issue.
