installation BS. [Trouble installing Photoshop Elements]

why do you make it so complicated to install PSE?  Ive been trying for 2 days.  what happened to drag and drop.  well anyway, i have a serial number and package is installed.  Now where is the app?  I'm on a page with 5 folders:  deploy, install, remove, packages, payloads.  No of which do anything.  help please

    Jerryd10912901did you receive a DVD for Photoshop Elements or did you download the installation files?  The installation files are available at Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 .

    You can find instructions regarding the installation of Photoshop Elements 15 at Download and install Photoshop Elements .  If you double click on the Install.app it will begin the installation process.

    If you have any questions regarding the steps in the document you are welcome to update this discussion.

    Jerryd10912901 I am sorry that you are facing difficulties installing and utilizing Photoshop Elements.  What version of Photoshop Elements are you installing?  Which operating system are you using?  Finally where have you looked to open the program after installing?

    PSE 15............10.12 I have the Black icon on the desktop for installing. But I don't know what to do with the icon. Where to put it to install. Thanks for your effort. JERRY
