Bonjour! Suite à une réinstallation de mon système, l'installation de mon logiciel CS5 m'est interdite. Un message me dit que j'ai atteint la limite de 2 utilisateurs alors que c'est faut. J'ai en effet 2 utilisateurs actifs, mais lis sont pour ma formule "Tout Creative Cloud 100 Go" alors que CS5 est un produit complètement différent, sans abonnement mensuel, acheté il y a longtemps sur CDs et utilisé également par 2 utilisateurs.

Je n'arrive pas à communiquer avec un être humain chez Adobe pour corriger ce problème qui me prive d'utiliser mon logiciel comme avant...

you have to use a computer that has/had an activated install and deactivate.  it doesn't sound like you'll be able to use the computer with the reinstall to do that.

CS5 is discontinued, unsupported software that's way beyond it's 'replace me' date.  Adobe can't help you with unsupported apps.

 

If the serial number is already in use by the maximum number of allowed computers, you must deactivate the other computers before you can use this product.
