Installation disc lost

Hi,

We've lost the installation disc for our Acrobat Adobe Pro 9 license.

At the moment that user needs a new computer, so we have the product installed on one computer but we need it on another.

Can we download the install media from somewhere?

I read something about getting a replacement disc, what does that cost?

And also, how do i retrive the license no from my already installed product? It isn't registered to our Adobe ID...

We have several Adobe licenses, various products and versions, and would like to register them all to one account.

But because we haven't done this earlier, some users have registered the licenses to their own e-mail addresses, leaving us with occupied licenses. Is there any easy solution to solve this? Can we unregister the product from within the programs?
