Installation failed, can't open documents

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to install Photoshop CS5 Extended. But at the end of the installation process, I got the following error:

ERROR: 2 Error rolling back command ARKCopyFileCommand

ERROR: The following payload errors were found during install:

ERROR: - Adobe Bridge CS5: Install failed

ERROR: - Photoshop Camera Raw: Install failed

ERROR: - Camera Profiles Installer: Install failed

It does also crash down when I try to open files. Does any of you have a solution to this problem?
