Have a trouble during installation СС.

I use windows 10
Error is "Installation Failed. Please refer to PDApp.log for more information"

Can you say what problem is?

Isabelm11305930, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?  There are no memberships associated with the e-mail address you are using to post to this public discussion forum.
