installation failed

hi i really need help, this appeared in all the creative suites and cc trials i tried to download. the faq help section didn't really give me an answer. i don't even know what error this is. when i clicked error summary they linked me to 'system requirements' but im using a 13inch retina macbook pro version 10.11.3 (i bought it a month ago) which i really doubt is the problem. someone help me please

The problem you are facing is compatibility issue, you can refer to the system requirement for Illustrator CS6 from here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs6-system-requirements.html

Your video card is probably the big issue.
