Installation Failed

I am getting below error while installing my Photoshop on my pc running Windows 7 Professional. I have tried everything mentioned in the tips. I tried to open up Error Summary but it says file could not be located. I have let my IT tried several other options as well after exhausting all the resources my IT Dept told me to contact Adobe Support may be you can resolve this. Last option would be having refresh my OS which I don't want.

Please let us know what is the complete message that shows up when click on "error summary".

In the meanwhile please check the install log file to know the root cause of the issue and share the details with us as well, see: Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files  also see How to review Installation Log files?

When I click on the error summary. It takes me to the explorer where it says file not found.
