Community Beginner ,
Feb 15, 2016 Feb 15, 2016

When Trying to update Adobe Cloud it fails, error message "Cloud Application stop ....".

After this it is not possible to get Adobe Cloud to work.

I have tried to install it from scratch, same error.

I am trying this on a Macbook Pro(retina 15") with Mac OS X El Capitan.

I am sorry for my bad English.

I am sorry but I get the same behavior.
I had to try to reinstall it, because no Adobe Cloud App exists on my MAC.

And the installation crashes almost direct(Error: Adobe Cloud has unexpectedly stopped), and no Adobe Cloud is installed.

I can send you the crash logs if that would help?

I am sorry for my bad English

Have a nice day

Mats

Hello Bani

I followed your description an the installation worked.

But I only have Lightroom as possible to run, all other I can only Test.

When I start Photoshop CC 2015, I get "Error Message: No Application Manager", not possible to install Application manager in Adobe Cloud Applicationn.

Do you have some suggestions how to solve this problem?

I am sorry ror my bad English.

Are you getting error message like Adobe Application Manager is missing or damaged??? If yes , that refers Adobe Creative Cloud installation has some issues or probably corrupt AAM.

Also . please reconfirm whether you had followed steps mentioned above precisely without missins even single step???

1) Trash Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder from Applications > Utilities .

2) Trash AAMUpdater , Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders from /Library/Application Support/Adobe   [  System Library ]

3) Trash AAMUpdater and OOBE folders from ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe. [ User Library ]

4) Run Adobe Cleaner tool and remove Adobe Application Manager.

Little change in final step:

5)

Click on the below link and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same :

http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cc/mac/ApplicationManager9.0_all.dmg

Once the installation process is completed, installation box will disappear, then open Applications folder and locate Adobe Application manager launch icon , double click on it and update .

Once the update is completed. it shud launch Adobe Creative Cloud app , then try to launch Photoshop again .

If the issue persist, we will need to check with folder permissions for Adobe folder under both Libraries ( ~/Library and /Library )
