Installation of Photoshop stuck at 10%

I've got a surface pro 4 i5 8gb ram, and running windows 10.

Tries to download the trial version of photoshop to use from the link Photoshop Free | Download Adobe Photoshop CC

Once I download the .exe and tries to install it stuck at 10%. Maybe because last time I try to install it, window forced to restart because of update during the installation. please help
