Trying to download creative cloud app and this message pops up. Installation on case-sensitive volumes is not supported. Please choose a different volume for installation. (Error code: 22)

My root directory, Applications folder and installer placed on case-insensitive APFS partition, then why does installer give me an error message that I should choose another volume to installation? Is the problem that my user's profile placed on case-sensitive partition???

I am having the same problem, looked online but found no lead as to how I can "choose a different volume". Is it even possible?
