help please i have tried and tried to install photoshop and lightroom and its like the installation keeps getting stuck? photoshop is currently siting at 74% ?. I havent recieved any error messages?

There might be several reasons for this depending on your OS etc...

Could you give a few more details please?

 

In the meantime you could use the Cleaner Tool you can find in Step 2 below:
