Installation stucks at 5 %

Hello,

i would like to install Illustrator CC or InDesign CC but the Installation stops at 5%. I uninstalled the Creative Cloud, then i used the CleanUp tool and installed it new. Nothing helps. What can i do?

Hi Eileenb94536205,

As you have mentioned you would like to download and install Adobe Illustrator CC and InDesign CC however the download it stuck 5%, you have also tried the basic troubleshooting of reinstalling the desktop app however the issue persists, is that correct?

Is the installation for Creative Cloud desktop app stuck at 5% or is the apps itself ? if it is the Creative Cloud desktop app then follow the steps shared here and see if that helps: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app

And if it is the Illustrator and InDesign download stuck at 5% then I would recommend you to turn of all the anti-virus , internet security and browser security tools installed on your machine for the time being and try again. 

If it still fails then refer to the " How to check your download logs " section in the following help document: Error downloading or updating Adobe Creative Cloud apps. ​ If you see any error codes in the end of the log files please share them with us.
