Installation without CD drive

My new computer does not have a CD drive. I have the Adobe Premier Elements 12 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 disk and serial number. How can I install these programs on my computer if the download files on the Adobe website are not available (the Adobe Premier Elements 12 files are not available).

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Thank you for your reply. I forgot to mention that I have a Windows 7 operating system and only see that the Mac version of Premier Elements is available. I found the Photoshop Elements 12 link and I am in the clear for that program. I am currently downloading the trial for Premier 14 through the Creative Cloud. Perhaps then I can use the activation code for Premier 12 as you have suggested.

I had successfully downloaded Adobe Premier Pro CC available from the link provided. Unfortunately, I was unable to enter the serial number. I am not sure if it is a problem with my computer or the software but when I selected Buy Now during the trial version, nothing happened. The screen remained stuck on the same screen that had the option to Buy Now. When I selected a different icon or link within the trial program, the program loaded that page with no problem.

I selected Adobe Support Center from the Help Tab at the top of the Adobe Premier page. An error message popped up: Unable to display help online. An unknown error has occurred.

I restarted the whole installation process (uninstalling Premier Elements Pro CC) and started again from the link above. For some reason, it worked this time and I was able to use the activation code to access Premier 12. Thanks for your help!
