installation

I am having terrible luck finding help with my photoshop elements 9 application. I have a mac running os x version 10.6.8.

I uninstalled it because i was trying to figure out why it was not communicating with my printers. (It doesn't talk to the hp, or the canon.)

I started this mess, of course, late friday night, so none of the phone # were usefull.

I bought the product online, and can not find the original email with the file so i can re-install it.

The only thing i have are the serial #s for the elements 9, & the premiere 9.

Please tell me that i don't have to buy it all over again!!!

Did you purchase from the Adobe store or the Mac App Store?

i got it online from adobe. I got the trial, then bought the whole app.

Download the trial again and use your serial number to make it permanent.

Moving to Download/Install forum.

Since you purchased PSE9, going to get the trial will be no help, as this will download PSE10 and your serial number will not work.

Please go to Adobe.com and sign in, using the link in the upper right. Once you are logged in (or if you are already logged in), go to "My Orders". Click on the PSE9 order, you will get a link to download again from here.
