installation

I am having terrible luck finding help with my photoshop elements 9 application. I have a mac running os x version 10.6.8.

I uninstalled it because i was trying to figure out why it was not communicating with my printers. (It doesn't talk to the hp, or the canon.)

I started this mess, of course, late friday night, so none of the phone # were usefull.

I bought the product online, and can not find the original email with the file so i can re-install it.

The only thing i have are the serial #s for the elements 9, & the premiere 9.

Please tell me that i don't have to buy it all over again!!!
