Installed CC and my CC Manager shows only updates for CS6 and says 'Install' next to the CC versions

Hello one and all,

I am not sure why this is but my CC manager now only shows updates for CS6 programmes and it says 'Install' next to the CC versions. I have already got the latest CC versions installed on my PC, but now they dont receive the updates.

Any ideas how to get this to work again, I dont want to have to re-download and install them again. I clicked on Install for Adobe Prelude CC and it seems to go through the install process as if I dont have it already installed. Please see attachment

Hi Bradley Lucas,

Please refer the kb and check for the install language: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/change-installed-language.html. Change the language to universal english if its showing International English and vice versa.

Kindly let me know if it made any difference.

Hi Romsinha,

Do you mean check and change the Keyboard language? Why would this effect whether the CC Manager sees these programmes as installed or not?
I will give it a go and update this thread later today as I am currently not at my own PC.
