I am trying to install Photoshop Elements to my MacBook Air and I get the following error:
Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.
I did and it can not seem to find any issues.
Help.
I called into support last night because I am an impatient type and expect better response time. I was told the disk I had was damaged and I would have to download the file. I expected to at least to get a replacement disk as I just bought the program. I was told I have to pay to get the disk.
This whole thing is so frustrating.
I did at least get the program up and running.

There should be an option to package for support within the Adobe Support Advisor. Can you please select that option which will provide a token number. Please respond with your token number and we can look at your installation log.
