Installer failed to initialize

I have purchased Production premium CS6 downloaded and trying to install it, when it starts for installing it gives me an error

Please help me for the above issues

inspection could not identify any issues. please contact adobe support for further assistance.

Sounds like a corrupt installer (corrupt download?)

I suggest running the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool

Then re-download and re-install.

Tryed by downloading the cleaner but still the same error

same copy I have downloaded & installed in win7 32 bit its working in one of my pc but it is not working in some of the pc of win7 32 bit & in win xp.

what are the exact system specs? Seeing that this is the Basic UI design already gives me a bad gut feeling...
